Complaints

If a driver has refused to take you because your fare is too short, or if the driver of a private hire vehicle does not meet your expectations, you can report this to us. 

 
To give us the most information possible, please:
 
  • Take a note/photo of the driver number
  • the vehicle registration number
  • the license plate number 
  • the date, time and where the incident happened
 
You can report the issue to licensing@cardiff.gov.uk or 029 2087 1134.
 
Please report these incidents as soon as possible.

Lost Property

Please send email to support@taxi-cardiff.com

Driver partners take lost property that are left in their vehicles to the nearest police station within 48 hours after the items have been discovered in the vehicle.

Send us an email with your name, address, mobile number, item description, size, colour, any other further details & we will send a message on the app to all drivers describing what was lost.

We promise to get back to you within 48 hours.
